Return/Refund Policy

We at ( (referred to as “The Beauty 24” or “website” or “app” ,  “we,” “us,” or “our” ), understand the importance of Returns and Refund , Hence we have a friendly Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy stated as below :


Timeframe in which we accept returns?

We accept returns for all products if Return request is raised within 5 days after Delivery by mailing us at

Eligibility for Return/Refund:

To be eligible for a refund, please ensure the following:

  • All Return/Refund requests must be made within 5 days of receiving the product.
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as they were received.
  • Refunds will not be granted for products that have been damaged, altered, or used in any way by the customer .

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer

What If “Customer” receives Wrong Product or Damaged Product ?

Refunds are Covered for all Damages in Transit / Wrong Product Delivered.

On receiving incorrect products, please mail us at asap and we will get the parcel picked from your order address and ship the right product to your doorstep soonest. We are always there for any exchange/refund/return .

Return/Refund Process:

  • To initiate the refund/return process, please contact our customer service team at or you can initiate the same via backend .
  • Provide the order number, product details, and reason for the refund/return request.
  • Once the refund/return request has been approved, our delivery team will arrange a pickup of the returned product.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

    Refund Method:

    Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. If the original payment method is not available, We will issue a store credit or you can share the bank details at 

    Refund will be only granted after product is delivered back to us or picked up by delivery boy upon inspection .


Refunds are processed within 1-2 days of the receipt of product returned.

If the payment is made in Cash On Delivery, a refund is done in the form of coupon codes or Bank Transfer via NEFT

It may take 3-5 Working Days days to reflect refund in Customer’s  account.

If the payment is made via net banking/debit/credit card/upi and customer insist refund, the amount is credited back to the same account from which the transaction has been made and it takes upto 3-5 working days after initiating the refund process ,we will share refund id within 2 working days.

What is not eligible for return or refund ?

  1. Damages done due to product misuse
  2. Tampered items with missing serial or UPC number.
  3. Product returned with no original accessories and packaging that covers the manufacturer’s packaging, the box and other items delivered with the product(s)

Cancellation Policy:

Order can be cancelled before order is dispatched .
