SHIPPING POLICY

We at Thebeauty24.com ( (referred to as “The Beauty 24” or “website” or “app” ,  “we,” “us,” or “our” ), understand the importance of delivering your products in the finest condition and on time. Therefore, we have partnered with some of the most reputed courier partners in this country to seamlessly deliver your products in the best possible duration.

Shipping:

    1. Product are shipped within 1-2 Business Days of receiving the order and may take upto 5 – 8 working days to reach you.
    2. We provide Free shipping for all orders

Cash on Delivery:

We provide Cash on delivery.

In any case where delivery is not possible, the customer will be notified within 48 hrs of placing the order. In case of prepaid orders the full amount shall be refunded back within 1-2 working days of notifying the customer.

A) How does the delivery process work?

Once you have placed an order on our website, our system starts processing your order almost immediately.
Next, your item is passed through a quality check before handing over to the courier partner.
Your item is packed securely and handed over to our trusted delivery partners.
Then, your item is shipped to your location.
This process may take upto 1-2 days .

B) What is the estimated delivery time?

We religiously aim to deliver the products within 5 to 8 working days.
In a few cases there might be some delays due to dependencies at various levels. Furthermore, We diligently ship orders throughout the week including weekends and public holidays.
In case if order is delayed , you will be informed .

Please note- During festivals, adverse weather conditions or political crisis, your shipment may get further delayed due to dependency on courier companies. We assure you that we will try our best to have the product delivered to you in the best time and we truly appreciate your patience.

C) Can I track my order?
Yes, you sure can! Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email from us with the tracking ID of the respective courier partner.
